European Researchers' Night - celebrating science and inovation - is a European Union initiative funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions, which aims to bring researchers closer to the general public, demonstrate the diversity and impact of science, and motivate young people to choose a research career.
In 2019, the event organized in over 400 European cities attracted over 1.5 million visitors!
In the Republic of Moldova, European Researchers' Night is at its 7th edition. This year, the event will take place on November 27, 2020, both offline and online!
The researchers will meet with the public and present their activities through hands-on experiments, science shows, games, quizzes, competitions, exhibitions and digital activities. Children, young people and families will discover research, science and innovation through entertainment.
